Incorporeal Movement. The Widow moves through creatures and objects as difficult terrain. Memorial Bound. Speaking one erased victim’s full name within 30 feet prevents her reactions until her next turn.

Actions

Multiattack. Two Cold Grasp attacks. Cold Grasp. Melee Spell Attack: +7 to hit; 13 (2d8 + 4) cold. Naming Gaze (Recharge 5-6). One creature within 60 feet makes a DC 15 Wisdom save or is charmed and moves up to its speed toward the nearest deep water. It repeats the save after taking damage.

Tactics and roleplaying

She targets descendants of officials, never children first, and stops attacking for one round when presented with the restored ledger. At 18 hit points she accepts a sincere memorial and dissolves peacefully; she otherwise fights until banished.

Game Master guidance

This entry is complete for table use. Apply the listed defenses, actions, and encounter behavior directly. If the creature is used outside its original adventure, preserve its surrender trigger and primary motivation so a social solution remains as usable as combat.
