Hit: 15 (2d10 + 4) necrotic damage, and the target must succeed on a DC 15 Strength save or be pulled 10 feet. Erase the Name. Tactics and roleplaying

The abbot pulls enemies toward the Choir Well and orders Sentinels to block the reliquary. At 30 hit points he offers surrender in exchange for one spoken living name. Three name tablets force him to release the reliquary and sink peacefully.

This entry is complete for table use. Apply the listed defenses, actions, and encounter behavior directly. If the creature is used outside its original adventure, preserve its surrender trigger and primary motivation so a social solution remains as usable as combat.
